Erik J. Lichter, Esq. is a born and bred Miamian hailing from Coconut Grove. Erik primarily focuses on criminal law and helping to protect small businesses. A true Miamian at heart, Erik played football for the University of Miami Hurricanes before entering the field of law. Although his football career was cut short, he brings the same passion and energy to his clients as an attorney.

Erik refined his legal research skills and gained valuable experience working at some of the premier law firms before founding The Lichter Law Group. He is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and ensuring his clients receive the best possible representation.

On May 7th I was unfortunately involved in a hit and run accident. Something that I never expected to happen a company bus hits and car and just fleas the scene of the accident. I was in a horrible situation where the condominium plumbing broke causing damages to my apartment and the HOS did not want take any responsibility for the damages.
